Great personal care from check-in to check-out.

Glad I saw Dr. Nyugen! Both of my ears were blocked with earwax and infected, and I could hardly hear anything. I made an appointment with Specialty Care Institute after a visit to urgent care left me worse off than when I came in.Dr. Nyugen was kind and polite to me. He made quick work of removing the earwax which instantly relieved most of the pain and pressure. The procedure wasnt too painful- mostly just unpleasant, and it only took about 10 or 15 minutes.

I recently underwent nasal and sinus surgery with Dr. Saidha, and I am very pleased with the entire experience. The doctor took time to explain the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and helped ease my anxiety before surgery.The surgery itself was successful, and my breathing has improved significantly. My sinus pressure and headaches have reduced, and I am finally sleeping better at night. The recovery process was well managed, and both the doctor and staff checked on me regularly and guided me through each step.Dr. Saidha is a skilled and caring surgeon, and the team was always professional, kind, and supportive. I am very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Saidha to anyone needing nasal or sinus surgery.

Dr Dina Hallett is by far the best most compassionate doctor Ive ever seen. I dont like going to the doctor most of the time, but I actually enjoy going to see her because she listens to all your concerns and answers all of your questions.
