Excellent staff who display compassion, enthusiasm, and a fantastic sense of humor with everyone Ive met. Either that, it they are great at putting up with me.
Dr Golbin-Hallet is the best doctor I have ever had. She is so nice and cares so much about her patients. She takes time and doesnt rush through the appointment. Sometimes you meet a person and you know right away that they are a genuinely great human being and that is exactly who Dr Golbin-Hallet is and it shows in how she does her job. It is very comforting knowing that she doesnt just look at patients as a just a number and how much money they can make off of you like so many other doctors do these days. She truly cares about your well being. Everyone in the office is very nice and I never have any problems making appointments. The office and rooms are very clean. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed.
The building is undertaking some growth so there is minor construction happening in other offices. Dr. Alvis off was clean and welcoming and the staff was wearing the proper PPE.I did receive the new patient package via email the evening before so that sped up the check-in process.The nurse was ver thorough explaining the procedure that the doctor was going to preform as well as the financial obligation if that was required because of insurance coverage.Dr. Alvi is the specialist I was looking for and is a true professional. He inquires about your history and your personal feelings so that you are comfortable. My experience may be different but in my opinion, the character if a person doesnt change. Dr. Alvi and the staff in Hoffman Estates are highly recommended.
