My first time attending this facility was good. The building was easy to find but the office was a little challenging to find so carefully look at the numbers. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a woman at the front desk and provided an electronic tablet to fill out my paperwork. Wait time was about 5 mins not long at all. I was then instructed by the doctors assistant and information explained throughly before the doctor came in for my procedure. He explained things clearly and gave me a list of items I could easily get over the counter post treatment. I would recommend this clinic.

My daughter has seen Dr. Golbin-Hallett twice now over the past 6 months. She has great bedside manner and makes my daughter feel at ease during her appointment. Her office staff is very attentive, quick, and professional as well. Overall, highly recommend Dr Golbin-Hallett to anyone who needs an ENT!

I have never in my life met a doctor who was more caring and kind. The whole team, really! Dr. Golbin-Hallett was very reassuring and helpful during a very scary time for me, and though theyre a pretty busy office, she took her time going over every detail and test result that lead me to her to then determine what the BEST next step would be. Im super thankful to have been placed in her care, and know Im in great hands now!

Great experience from start to finish.

When walking in the admin assistants were very pleasant and almost happy to see you. It was spot on timing when it came to the time of my appointment, I barely sat down for a minute before Dr. Dina called my name.Dr. Dina is a wonderful doctor who was quick to answer all my questions for my issue and had a presence that was calming. It really showed that she genuinely cared, and you wont get that all the time in the medical field - so shes one in a thousand.I would recommend anyone to go and get an appointment with Specialty Care Institute in Elgin.
