Dr.Lawrence Berg is my physician, he genuinely cares about patients and is very patient and empathetic. I rate him 5 stars he is by far the most knowledgeable and experienced physician in his field of expertise that I have consulted.

Upon completing documents and updating my patient files, the wait time was very minimal in the waiting room, Dr. Alvi arrived very quickly once in the office .Dr. Alvi listened to all of my questions and concerns, made his assessment, ordered necessary testing. I was satisfied with his method, Im currently awaiting further testing.I do recommend this facility to anyone seeking an ENT specialist, whether they see Dr. Alvi or Dr. Hallet, shes also an excellent ENT specialist.

The receptionist is a bit hostile, rude, easily flustered and cant answer simple questions. The doctors were pretty good though.

I had an excellent experience with this office. The staff was friendly and efficient. I only waited a few minutes before seeing the doctor. Dr Golbin-Hallett took the time to listen to my concerns, explained what she thought the problems were and made sure I understood them and the treatment plan going forward. She answered all my questions thoroughly and said to call if I had any more questions or problems. I would definitely recommend Specialty Care Institute.
