This review has been a long time coming, but Dr. Golbin-Hallett (DGH) is without a doubt the best doctor Ive ever had the privilege to see. And I dont just mean best ENT, but the best all around doctor. Ive struggled badly with chronic sinusitis that has developed in the past 22 months and while I still have not been able to fully get it under control (working on it), DGH has made that journey a lot more pleasant. The two previous ENT doctors/practices I worked with just wanted to treat symptoms and not take the time to explore the root cause(s) of my problem nor really listen. DGH is the exact OPPOSITE. She is always super friendly/polite, very patient (listens to all of your concerns), brainstorms potential preventative measures to try, orders labs, and even knows when she may need to refer me to someone else who can offer a different perspective or skill to enhance my overall care. Her ability to communicate and respond during and after work hours are second to none. This is not an opinionshe takes great pride in serving her patients in almost any way possible! In short, Ive never met a doctor that has the kind of beside manner she does and she now has a patient for life. If youre ever in need of high quality sinus or anything ear/nose/throat care related, I highly recommend you give her and her practice a shot.
