This review is specifically for Dr. Sheela Saidha. I saw her during my third trimester due to pregnancy-related congestion, and she was incredibly kind and empathetic throughout the entire visit. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She took the time to use a scope to assess the extent of the congestion and prescribed appropriate medication. What truly stood out to me was that she followed up with a phone call after the appointment to ensure I was able to get the medication from the pharmacy. In all my experience, Ive never had a doctor personally check in like thatit really spoke to how invested she is in her patients' well-being. Dr. Saidha is truly hands-on and attentive, and it's clear she genuinely cares. Im so glad I found her and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking ENT care.
