I saw Dr. Alvi for the first time when he squeezed me in when there was a mixup on my regular doctors days in the Elgin office. He was very nice and thorough in his examination.

Dr. Valerie and Dr. Goyal are so knowledgeable, and take time to explain everything, and listen to questions and concerns. So personable! Very caring.

First off, the office is beautiful. It feels like I was walking into a med spa rather than a Drs office. All the staff were nice. The wait to be taken back to the room and waiting for the doctor was not very long. Dr Goyal was very nice and informative. He answered all my questions. Overall, great experience.
