Dr. Valerie is outstanding. Sadly most doctors Ive encountered dont listen well. Most audiologist Ive met are sales people. Not Valerie. She is patient centered. She makes calls herself when the front desk falls behind, explains options well and goes out of her way to ensure your hearing needs are met.
