It was my first appointment with Dr Alvi! I was very comfortable with him. He explained what he was doing etc. He prescribed an antibiotic for my sinus infection and told me what he was planning for my next appointment! I am very pleased with Dr Alvi!

I was very impressed with the doctor and his treatment Of my problem. Also, his assistant was very good.

The care I received was good. My only issue was trying to make the appointment, as I was having trouble getting hold of them.

The medical team and physicians are great. Reception area could work on please and thank yous . They and seem to lack manners, and need to work on being more friendly and helpful. I have been there several times and the young Hispanic female has been rude to me and I have witnessed her rude to other patients. I have mentioned this before but have not seen any change in her behavior.She does not represent the team well with her lack of people skills.
