Needed an urgent appt. and was able to get in same day. After 2 other urgent care and GP appointments were failures with mo tests done to help diagnose this long-running illness. Appreciate their willingness to listen to my history and help get us over this ick weve been dealing with for 2 months. Have a follow up next month.
Dr.Alvi is amazing- not only an excellent ENT but compassionate as well, I called the office twice due to an issue I was having-and they scheduled me promptly and I got the care that I needed- thank you Dr.Alvi and to your staff!
Everyone one was extremely nice and and professional. It really impressed me how the Nurse and Doctor took the time out to answer questions and let me know that they cared about my hearing and my throat.
