The nurse that took us back to the exam room was great! She was very kind and welcomin. Dr. Sheela Saida was wonderful! She really made my daughter feel at ease. She talked to her very gently and asked her questions throughout the appointment to get a feel for how she was feeling. She explained everything just did so my daughter knee what to expect. The reason I'm giving only 4 stars is that the young lady at the reception desk was not very friendly. She did not welcome us and was very curt. All she did was say, "Can I help you?" in a way that seemed like she was annoyed we were there.
