I was having unbearable ear pain and difficulty hearing. With an out-of-state plane trip in the next two weeks, I needed to be seen ASAP. The staff worked so hard to get me on the schedule within just a few days for an appointment and hearing test.I felt very comfortable in the atmosphere theyve created for their patients. After all was said and done, I was given a prescription for allergy medication. The struggle all started from my sinuses! To have answers and help so quickly was a relief. I appreciate everyone here very much much!

So happy I was referred to this office. Dr.Dina is fabulous. Staff from the front desk to the assistants always friendly and helpful. I was referred because of Nasal Polyps. Told needed surgery, For years couldnt breathe through my nose at all. Lost smell years ago, I was miserable for so long. 3 months later my nose is totally clear. My smell is back 100 %. All without surgery !!! I cant thank Dr. Dina enough. I cant Rave enough about Specialty Care of Elgin Staff.. Thank you !!!

I received excellent care when I purchased my new hearing aids. After-sale services are also great..if an issue comes up the Audiology staff fixes the problem quickly.
